GLUZO TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gluzo website and mobile application(s), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Gluzo Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About Gluzo
The Platform is owned and operated by Gluzo E-Commerce India Pvt Ltd (“Gluzo”, “we”, “us”). Gluzo is an inventory-led e-commerce retailer. Products displayed on the Platform are sold by Gluzo (procured from brands/suppliers/distributors and fulfilled by Gluzo/its service providers), unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform.
3. Account Registration
Placing an order requires account registration and provision of required details (including phone number, email address, and shipping address). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Gluzo may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, security reasons, or breach of these Terms.
4. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:
- product packaging/images may vary due to brand changes;
- errors may occur;
- availability may change without notice.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information, Gluzo may cancel the order and refund amounts paid, or contact you for confirmation where appropriate.
5. Order Placement & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when confirmed and/or dispatched. Gluzo reserves the right to cancel orders in situations including, without limitation:
- stock unavailability;
- pricing/listing errors;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- address/serviceability constraints;
- non-compliance with these Terms.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed per the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and are subject to their terms. Gluzo does not store complete card details on its servers.
Gluzo may restrict payment modes (including COD) based on risk checks, order value thresholds, operational considerations, or regulatory requirements, including restrictions for new customers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines (including any “24 hours” messaging) are estimates and not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside Gluzo’s control (courier delays, force majeure, address issues, serviceability, regulatory restrictions).
8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns/refunds/replacements are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. In case of any conflict, the Return & Refund Policy will prevail.
9. Gluzo Face Match (Face Scan) — Consent and Disclaimer
Gluzo Face Match is an optional feature that uses your device camera only after your permission and explicit in-app consent. Face scans are processed temporarily on your device to generate cosmetic/skincare informational insights and product recommendations. Gluzo does not store your face scan images on its servers for this feature.
Important: Face Match is not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Users must not rely on Face Match for medical decisions. For medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
10. Gluzo Lia (AI Chatbot) — Disclaimer & User Responsibility
Gluzo Lia provides informational assistance and product recommendations relating to cosmetics and skincare. It does not provide medical, dermatological, diagnostic, or prescription advice. AI outputs may be incomplete, generalized, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs. If you have medical concerns or allergies, consult a qualified professional.
Gluzo may modify, restrict, or discontinue AI features and implement safeguards to reduce harmful content.
11. User Content (Reviews, Feedback)
If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you represent that you have necessary rights and permissions. You grant Gluzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt such User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable law. Gluzo may remove User Content that violates law, infringes rights, or breaches these Terms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- misuse the Platform, commit fraud, or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with Platform security, integrity, or performance;
- scrape, harvest, or extract data without permission;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (including software, design, text, trademarks, logos) is owned by or licensed to Gluzo and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluzo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gluzo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Gluzo’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gluzo, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Termination
Gluzo may suspend or terminate your access for breach, suspected fraud, or security risks. You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account through in-app controls, subject to lawful retention requirements.
18. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18.1 Amicable Resolution
Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by written notice and good-faith discussions.
18.2 Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or transactions conducted on the Platform (“Dispute”) shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

- Language: English
- Arbitrator(s): A sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. If the parties do not agree within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Act.
- Interim Relief: Parties may seek interim relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi.
18.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
(For consumer disputes, mandatory statutory consumer remedies under applicable law remain unaffected to the extent they cannot be waived.)
19. Force Majeure
Gluzo will not be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, regulatory actions, power/internet outages, or other force majeure events.
20. Changes to Terms
Gluzo may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
