This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on the Gluzo Platform operated by Gluzo E-Commerce India Pvt Ltd (“Gluzo”, “we”, “us”).
1. Serviceability
We currently ship within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Gluzo may offer free shipping on orders in accordance with Platform policies, which may be modified from time to time. Any exceptions (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver orders promptly. Any stated timelines (including “24 hours”) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to:
- courier constraints,
- address issues,
- weather and force majeure,
- operational limitations and regulatory restrictions.
4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. Failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete details or unavailability may result in delays, return-to-origin, or cancellation per operational feasibility.
5. Delivery Proof
Delivery may be confirmed through standard courier proof of delivery mechanisms (e.g., OTP, signature, scan confirmation) depending on courier processes.
6. COD Restrictions
Gluzo may restrict COD availability based on risk checks or order value thresholds, including restrictions for new customers (e.g., COD not accepted below ₹499 or above ₹10,000 for new customers as per current policy), and such restrictions may be modified from time to time.
